# Terms and Conditions – SharkGermany

## 1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases and transactions made at SharkGermany, located at:

## 2. Products

SharkGermany sells electric water guns and related accessories both in-store (physically) and online.

All products are described as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to change product specifications without prior notice.

## 3. Prices and Payment

- All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT (Mehrwertsteuer) as required by German law.
- Payment is due at the time of purchase (in-store) or at checkout (online).
- Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

## 4. Returns and Refunds

SharkGermany accepts returns under the following conditions:

- Items must be returned within **14 days** of purchase or delivery.
- Items must be **unused, undamaged**, and in their **original packaging**.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

**Refund process:**

- Approved refunds will be processed within **7–14 business days**.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

**Exceptions:**

- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
- Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for returns unless defective.

## 5. Warranty

All products sold by SharkGermany are covered by the statutory warranty under German law (**Gewährleistung**) for a period of **2 years** from the date of purchase.

If a product is found to be defective, please contact us with proof of purchase.

SharkGermany is not liable for:

- Damage caused by improper use of products.
- Injury resulting from misuse of water guns or accessories.
- Loss or damage caused by events outside our control (force majeure).
